My services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. Design feedback is creative direction only; for professional counsel, consult the appropriate licensed expert.

You are responsible for providing accurate manuscript details, clear feedback, and any assets required for your project. Please check technical specifications for your intended publishing platform before final submission. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of materials you provide.

Service fees depend on the package you select and are processed through Stripe. Please review the Refund Policy on this website for timelines and conditions.

You retain rights to your original manuscript and provided assets. Upon full payment, you receive usage rights to all custom design deliverables. Your project files and correspondence remain confidential and will not be shared or published without your written consent.

Ed Aurand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of design materials. Always verify digital files before submitting to third-party platforms.
